Thanks to Otoniel Pedro and Abel Mendoza who used their time and talent last week to wash the outside of all the churchwindows.

Thanks to Silvia Villegas and all those who helped make VBS a great success. It took a lot of dedication and hard work.

Joe Zerkus, who is Rev. Joe Conyers’ grandson, is constructing a boardwalk at Camp Calvin as his Eagle Scout project. He is requesting financial assistance to purchase materials. Donations are tax deductible. Checks should be made to Calvin Center for the “Joe Zeerkus Eagle Project” and sent to 355 Old Farm Road, Fayetteville, GA 30215.

The Missing Links Class is beginning a 24 session lecture series on the Book of Genesis. The DVD lectures are presented by Professor Gary A. Rendsburg of Rutgers University. In order to provide time for discussion we will watch a lecture on Sunday and discuss it the following Sunday. All are welcome to join us in the Fellowship Hall at 9:45 am.

The Thursday morning Bible Study group has begun an in-depth study of the Book of Leviticus. If you are interested in this study, please join us at 10:30 in the fellowship hall.
